The Gothic Quarter

The old city in the heart of Barcelona it is one of the best preserved Gothic Quarter of Europe. It is cramped with narrow streets, palaces, squares and churches, markets, crafts and antique shops, bars and restaurants.
From the old Roman Forum, la Plaça Sant Jaume seat of the Town Hall and Palau de la Generalitat, La Seu the old Cathedral, El Call the Jewish quarter to Las Ramblas Boulevard which is the theater of live with La Boqueria market. La Ribera Quarter, once an ancient guilt quarter with the Picasso Museum which holds the most extensive collection on Picasso formative years as an artist.

Itinerary for half day:

We will visit Plaça Catalunya, Rambla, Boqueria Market, Plaça Reial, c/ Ferran, Plaça Del Pi, Carrer Petritxol, The Old Jewish Quarter, la Plaça Sant Jaume (City Hall and Catalan Government) and Plaça Del Rei.
