The hill overlooking the harbor and the city it’s a public park with many museums such as MNAC (Museu Nacional d´Art de Catalunya) with an extensive collection of wall fresco paintings from the Romanesque period, Gothic, XIXth century Modernism and XXth century paintings and sculptures.

The Miró Foundation holds a permanent collection of works by Joan Miró, XXth century most universal Catalan artist.

Mies Van der Rohe Pavilion, Caixa Forum at the Modernism old Casa Ramona factory.

The Olympic Ring with the 1929 stadium, the new covered stadium by Arata Isozaki for the 1992 Olympic Games. The Olympic Museum.

Pueblo Español Spanish village shows the different architecture in the provinces of Spain, with many craft shops and restaurants.

Itinerary (half day)

We will visit Palau Nacional, Olympic Stadium, Sant Jordi Sports Pavilion, Botanical Gardens, Montjuïc Castle, Mirador Alcalde (viewpoint) Monument to the Sardana and visit to the Spanish Village
